Building prices are always competitive, and our prices compete well. In fact 80 percent of our work is from tendered contracts. This means our prices are affordable and reasonable.

We're well known for building some spectacular houses at the top end of the market. But we also build lots of more modest homes. And in each case we're only asked to build because our price and work is attractive. So ask us for a quote on any job you have, big or small.

You have less stress

There's a lot to think about when you build your home. A lot of money, for one thing, and many (many!) decisions and details. We smooth all this out for you. You will find the job becomes rewarding and enjoyable when you're building with us.

We'll work with your trade contacts

Another thing. We are able to keep our work to an award-winning standard because our employees are thorough tradesmen. And also because we have an excellent relationship with a group of outstanding sub-contractors. These other tradesmen know their jobs and complete them properly. You can rely on the work they do in your building.

But if you have contacts in the trade, or companies which will give you a special deal for things like kitchens, floor coverings, electrical fittings, plumbing hardware and so on, just tell us. We can happily work with them on your job.
