It depends on size, material & finishes choices, on average 12-20 weeks.

What is the average waiting time to begin the building process?
4-6 weeks.

Do you have the plans done for me, or do I need to submit the plan to you?
We can work to your plans or help introduce you to appropriate designers.

How and when do I make my selections such as finishing materials and colours?
In the beginning, a program will be given to you indicating time frames for desicions to be made.

Is your work covered by a warranty?
We give the 7 year master builders and full contract works insurance.

I see you are located in the Bay of Plenty, do you also work outside of your area?
We work from Te Puke to Katikati and from Mt. Maunganui to the Kaimai's.
